Board of Directors subsequently met and elected the following officers:

Laura Franklin, Vice President
Bryce Hoffman, Secretary
Geoffrey Beaty , Treasurer

The three (3) incumbent Board members running for re-election to 2 year terms – Geoff Beaty, Glenn Funk and Bryce Hoffman – were re-elected.  Each received 48 votes.
